How to look after my Duck Apparel Item?
To find out how to wash and take care of your Duck Down Jacket or Coat, click here. For Kaftans, have a look at the care label on the inside of your kaftan (in short: machine washable in light spin, lay flat to dry and don't wring). If you have damaged your Duck Down Down Jacket or Coat and need to repair a tear, rip or cut in the fabric, find out more about our repair kits here.
What do I do if I have torn, ripped, cut or punctured my Duck Down Jacket or Coat?
Not to worry, we have amazing repair kits which will mend your Duck Down Jacket or Coat in no time. Our repair kits come with an invisible self adhesive tape that will fix damage to the outer shell of your jacket in seconds. Find out more here.
Where is my order?
Within 48 hours of ordering you will receive an email notification with your tracking details. Delivery within Australia can take as long as 21 business days to reach you. Deliveries outside of Australia can also take up to 21 business days. Your patience is really appreciated, especially with increased demand on our Warehouse and Courier Duckies.
The Duck Apparel item I want is no longer on the website?
If the product is no longer listed on our website it has sold out for the time being. Current challenges to our supply chain often mean these will be replenished at a later date.

What comes with my order?
All jackets come with a travel pouch that your jacket and/or coat can fold into.
Can I tailor my item?
Our jackets have been tailored with a women's body in mind. Our jackets range from a size 32-44, as we aim to provide the perfect fit. Have a look at our size guide here, I’m sure we can find the right fit for you.
Some of you may want to tailor your kaftan to be more figure forming, and that is not a problem at all! Our kaftans are 100% capable of tailoring. Any skilled tailor/seamstress/grandma will be able to perfect the fit. Although, the kaftans are made to fit well as is.
